New Rumor Claims 'Hellblade 3' Is Already in the Works

As you probably know, the first Hellblade game was released in 2017 and it took the developers a total of seven years to make a sequel. Hellblade II came out last year and it was quite well received by both fans and critics.

And while the fans are, naturally, wishing for a third game, there was fear that it might take the developers almost another decade to make a new game, if they even decide to make it. Well, a new rumor might calm you down.

Namely, according to the information we have, it seems that the wait for a new Hellblade game won’t be as long as the previous one.

The world of Hellblade is an immersive one, and to be frank, there is still room for several good stories there. In light of that fact, it would be a proper shame if the series ends up with just two titles.

That is why the fans have been calling out for a third game and while this is probably not the first such rumor, a new one claims that not only is Hellblade 3 coming, it is already being worked on.

The rumor comes to us from Daniel Richtman via his Patreon account. DanielRPK is a popular scooper and one with a solid track record, so this rumor definitely does have some weight. Still, there has been no official confirmation about this, so XBox owners and fans of the game should take this with a grain of salt.

We just hope that more information will come to us soon and that we will be able to confirm this rumor as a true one!
