A terrifying new world awaits in Stygian: Outer Gods. A brand-new gameplay trailer has been released, showcasing the horrors that lurk in the shadows.

Developed by Misterial Games and published by Fulqrum Publishing, Stygian: Outer Gods is a survival horror game inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft. The game will launch in Early Access on PC on April 14, 2025. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions are planned for a later full release.

Before its official Early Access release, players can get an early taste of the horrors in a free beta weekend from April 4-7 on Steam. This beta will expand on the game’s introductory section from Steam Next Fest, giving players a larger area to explore.

During the beta, players will venture into the eerie town of Kingsport. Their goal will be to find a way inside the mysterious Brasko family mansion. But dangers lurk in every shadow, and survival will not be easy.

Stygian: Outer Gods is set in the same universe as Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones. It takes place before the cataclysmic event known as the Black Day. The game plunges players into a dark and dangerous world where every bullet and every decision matters.

You will take on the role of Victoria, an occultist researcher. She embarks on an expedition to Kingsport, a once-thriving harbor town that is now almost abandoned. Her journey begins as she searches for her missing father, but after a shipwreck, she soon realizes that the town is filled with nightmares beyond human understanding.

Will you escape with your sanity intact, or will madness be your only way to survive? The answers lie within the shadows.
