After a slight delay, Dune: Awakening is finally set to come out on June 10, 2025, but we have been getting more and more in-game content from the upcoming game, and from what we could see, the game is really going to be amazing.

Fans of MMORPG games will definitely be able to enjoy a vast world set within the lore of Frank Herbert’s epic sci-fi series, and it seems that the in-game content is going to be very thrilling.

Namely, a new trailer that has just been released, and it highlights the game’s Building System; based on what we’ve seen, it looks very thrilling!

We can confirm that Funcom designed the game’s Building System, and since they have a lot of experience in that field, we can expect a lot of interesting moments while playing the game.

Players will, of course, start out small. They will build smaller shelters to protect themselves from the environment and bandits, but as they advance in the game and as they evolve as characters, they will be able to master more complex techniques, as well as build large bases.

After the player aligns himself with one of the great houses, they will be able to build even bigger structures and palaces, all of which will be inspired by the architecture seen in Denis Villeneuve’s movies.

And while the game’s focus won’t be building, such an immersive Building System will definitely enhance the gameplay experience and allow players to approach the game from a different perspective than the primary one.
