‘Delta Force: Black Hawk Down’ Is Preparing a “Solo Mode” for Players

As you probably know, the original Delta Force: Black Hawk Down game was released 20 years ago. The PC version received a solid reception, while the console editions were met with more criticism. Now, a free version of the classic game has been released on Steam to mixed reviews.
The new version was met with a mixed reception, with players criticizing the performance issues, as well as a proper lack of balance between the campaign and multiplayer modes. Now, it seems that a balanced-out “Solo Mode” is in development.
This was confirmed by the game’s dev, Ricky Liao, in a recent interview. “The challenge is intentional and we’ve designed the game to provide an immersive experience that challenges players to think tactically,” he said, while reiterating that they’re working on “balancing changes to make the game feel more fair.”
He then added that they’re actually working on a proper “Solo Mode” for the game. “We’re introducing a solo mode, which will offer a more approachable experience for players who prefer playing alone, while maintaining the core tactical elements of the game,” he confirmed.
This could provide a necessary boost for the rereleased game and give more joy to the players, especially those who enjoyed the original 20 years ago-
