WizKids, the company behind the official Baldur’s Gate 3 miniature figurines, is now offering full refunds to unhappy customers. The company admitted that the final product did not meet expectations and responded to complaints from fans who were disappointed with the quality of the figures.

In a message shared on their website, WizKids said: “We missed the mark on this goal with the D&D Icons of the Realms: Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Boxed Set.

Because of this, they are offering a “full refund to those who are unsatisfied with their set.”

The figurine set, based on popular Baldur’s Gate 3 characters, was released recently. But fans quickly noticed that the figures looked very different from what was shown in previews and ads.

Many shared pictures online showing poor paint jobs, strange facial features, and smudged details. A Reddit post with these photos quickly went viral, showing just how upset fans were with the product.

WizKids is now trying to fix the situation. They said they are taking the complaints “seriously” and are looking into what went wrong. They also said they are taking steps to improve future products and avoid the same problems in reprints.

If you bought the set and are unhappy, you can return it to the store where you bought it and get a full refund. WizKids also says local retailers should be ready to help with returns.

This response comes as good news to many fans who felt let down. While it may not erase the disappointment, the refund offer shows that the company is listening and trying to make things right.
