More than a month ago, the new Vision V limousine was shown by Mercedes-Benz in Shanghai. Now, the wonderful new vehicle is on a global tour and it has recently been shown in Dubai, highlighting the beauty and the splendor of the new model.

The new Vision V has been described as a ” highly elegant chauffeur-driven limousine with a special focus on the ‘Private Lounge’ and the utmost comfort,” and based on the images – it is exactly that.

The new model will actually provide us with an outlook into the future of the Mercedes‑Benz VLS line, but more on that in the paragraphs below.

As the company confirmed, starting in 2026, Mercedes-Benz will launch a “newly developed, modular and scalable Van Architecture,” which will allow for a clearer difference between privately positioned Grand Limousines and commercial transporters and vans. These new models will perfectly meet the demands of the customers, and here is what it will look like:

As you can see, the manufacturer did not lie when they introduced the Vision V as a proper visual marvel. The Grand Limousines, which is a popular term for privately positioned MPVs, will have the name Mercedes‑Benz VLE and Mercedes‑Benz VLS.

The VLE will have up to eight seats and “will range from flexible vehicles for families and leisure active customers to exclusive VIP shuttles,” while the VLS models “will define a unique segment of its own that bestows true greatness to automotive luxury.”
