Mercedes-AMG Will Release a Special Edition of the GLS 63, Available in Only 450 Examples

As you know, Mercedes is one of the best and most reliable cars when it comes to luxury vehicles. The German brand has been a very important part of the industry for decades now, and there is little to add there. The name itself is a symbol of quality.
Being such a powerful presence on the market, it makes sense that we are actually reporting on the company’s latest vehicles and models, which is what you can expect from this report as well.
Namely, Mercedes-AMG has confirmed the release of a limited edition version of the GLS 63, and we can already confirm that it is a proper beauty if we have ever seen one.
The full name of the vehicle will be the 2026 Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 Manufaktur Arctic Silver, and just like the name, you can expect a very flamboyant vehicle that you’ll thoroughly enjoy.
As you can see from these official pictures, the SUV is a true beauty. A combination of proper elegance and raw power, the special edition 2026 Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 Manufaktur Arctic Silver will be available in only 450 examples, so it’s a very, very limited line.
The car will sport large 23-inch wheels with a matte black finish with red rim flanges. The AMG Night Package will also have various elements in a glossy black finish. This finish will extend to the front splitter, mirror housings, window surrounds, side sill panels, and rear fascia. More dark finishes find their way onto the tailpipes and roof rails. Also, the door sill trims are finished in black, with contrasting white illuminated AMG lettering that’s model-specific
As far as the interior is concerned, the special edition will have even better materials and finishes than the standard one, including Nappa leather in Manufaktur Carmine Red/Black that will covers the seats, as well as a luxurious diamond quilting. Also, the interior will sport a special AMG Performance steering wheel, and unique AMG Carbon Fiber trim with red accents accentuates the sporty atmosphere.
As for the performances, this should only be a visual change, so it is expected that the special edition will have the same performance features as the standard edition. This means that you can expect the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 producing 603 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, with a nine-speed automatic and 4Matic all-wheel drive, which makes the 0-60 mph sprint in 4.1 seconds.
