Video Teases New ‘Monster Hunter’ Mini-Game – Barrel Bowling!

The Grand Hub in Monster Hunter Wilds is a very interesting and important location that offers a somewhat different experience than the open-world map where you explore and hunt the monsters. Alongside numerous leisure-related activities, players will also get to enjoy some mini-games.

A new video released by the devs confirms that a new mini-game is being added to the game and players will probably have a lot of fun playing it and trying to set some records in it.

The Grand Hub will open on April 4, 2025, when the first major update arrives. A lot of elements have already been introduced, but this video is new and you will now be able to see what the mini-game will look like:

Aside from it being a fun gaming experience, players will also get some benefits from playing Barrel Bowling, as they will be able “to earn useful items for the hunt, pendants, and bragging rights over your hunting party!” Of course, there’s the fun of setting or beating a high score, so it’s going to be enjoyable on multiple levels!
