Nintendo Korea Might Have Spoiled Donkey Kong’s Partner for ‘Donkey Kong Bananza’

The Nintendo Switch 2 is coming out in June and despite all the potential worries, the hype about the console is palpable and we cannot wait to finally get our hands on the long-awaited console.
And while Mario Kart World will be the main launch game for the new console, many fans are also excited about the second major upcoming game, Donkey Kong Bananza, which promises to be a fun outing as well.
At this point, there are a lot of question marks about the upcoming Donkey Kong Bananza game but Nintendo Korea might have spoiled one interesting detail about the game by accident!
Donkey Kong Bananza has been scheduled for a July 17, 2025 release and the fans are quite excited about the game, as it will be a major comeback for one of the biggest video game characters of all time, as well as a major addition to the Switch 2 game library.
And while the above-linked trailer reveals a lot of information about the upcoming game, many have been wondering who Donkey Kong’s partner (or partners) is going to be and Nintendo Korea might have spoiled it:
The image above was shared by Nintendo of Korea, and it clearly shows that Pauline might be the partner. The image has since been removed from the site, which further indicates that it might be relevant for the game.
Of course, this is just speculation on our side and we are sure that Nintendo will reveal more in the upcoming weeks and months, but it is definitely an interesting possibility and we wanted to share it with you.
