‘Monster Train 2’ Sets May Release Date, Trailer and Game Details Revealed
The original Monster Train game was released for the PC back in 2020, and since then, this roguelike deck-building game has found a solid fanbase. Now, the game is getting a sequel, as we know, and we have some updates for you.
Namely, the sequel to the original game was announced some time ago and we have received some major updates related to the upcoming release, updates which we would like to share with you.
Namely, a new trailer for the upcoming game has been released and the trailer confirmed a precise release date, the consoles, as well as some additional details about the game.

Fans of the series can rejoice as it has been confirmed that the game is coming out on May 21, 2025, which is about a month and a half from now, and that is definitely not a long waiting period.
We also know that the game will receive a wide-console release, as it is coming out on the PC, PS5, Switch & Xbox Series X, which is a simultaneous release that the original game did not get. This is also a major improvement!
On top of that, some new features have been revealed:
- New Titans to slay
- Endless Mode, mutators, clans & leaderboards
- Demonic Deckbuilding meets strategic chaos
As you can see, the game will definitely offer a lot to both old and new fans of the series, which is why we’re looking forward to the release!
