Dragon Quest 1 2 HD Remake Show At Nintendo Direct 2025

Square Enix has officially reconfirmed that the highly anticipated Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD Remake is still on track for a 2025 release. This update was shared during the latest Nintendo Direct event for the original Nintendo Switch.

Fans can also look forward to playing the remake on Nintendo’s next console, as the game will be supported through backward compatibility. This means players who purchase it for the Switch can continue their adventure on the new system without any issues.

While an exact release date has not yet been announced, the confirmation reassures fans that development is progressing as planned. Hopefully, Square Enix will provide a firm launch date in the near future. The game is set to release in 2025.
