'Path of Exile 2' Reveals More Details About 'Dawn of the Hunt' Content Update, Coming Early April

Dawn of the Hunt is coming as a highly-anticipated content update for Path of Exile 2, the first major content update since the game’s Early Access release from 2024. Now, the developers have something new in store for us.

The content updat will bring, of course, new story elements, but also a lot of in-game tweaks and updates, which is why we think that the players will welcome the new content with open arms.

The content will be released on April 4th, 12pm ET, so we won’t have much longer to wait. The content update will really introduce a lot of new elements and it can be summarized as follows:

Strike down your prey with the new Huntress class, a dexterous Spear and Buckler user specialising in hybrid melee and ranged combat
Master the forces or exploit notables with five new ascension classes– the Ritualist, Amazon, Smith of Kitava, Tactician, and Lich
Face dozens of new encountersin the endgame along with significant mechanical overhauls
Discover over one hundred new unique items as well as significantly expanded crafting options to enhance your monster slaying abilities

The players will get to enjoy the experience of playing as the Huntress, alongside the fact that the update will bring in five new ascendancy classes. New maps are also going to be present, and there will be hundreds of new items that the players will be able to enjoy, brining the game to a completely new level.
