Hades II Coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025 Teaser Shown

Supergiant Games has confirmed that Hades II will be launching on the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025. This exciting news was revealed during Nintendo’s latest Direct presentation.

So far, this is the first console version of Hades II to be announced. However, details remain unclear about whether Switch 2 owners will get access to an early-access version. There is also no confirmation on whether the game will be available at the console’s launch or if it will release later in the year.

This release strategy is similar to the original Hades. The first game was initially released in early access on PC in 2018. When it finally reached its full version in 2020, the Nintendo Switch was the first console to receive it. PlayStation and Xbox players had to wait almost a year before they could play it.

At this time, there is not much more information about Hades II on the Switch 2. Since Supergiant chose to highlight this announcement during the Direct, it could mean the game is in its final stages of development. More details will likely be revealed in the coming months.
