Aetherflux, founded in 2024, specializes in space-based solar power with ambitions to construct an “American power grid in space.” The ‘Galactic Brain’ leverages low Earth orbit satellites equipped with advanced thermal management to maintain continuous operations, harvesting uninterrupted sunlight for photovoltaic arrays generating up to 100 kilowatts per satellite. These units process AI workloads locally, reducing latency to under 50 milliseconds for beam-down communications to ground stations spanning 10 gigahertz bandwidths.
