Skoda Gears Up for a Stylish Update with the 2025 Enyaq Electric Crossover
Skoda is setting the stage to unveil a refreshed version of its beloved electric crossover, the Enyaq.
Fans of the model will be pleased to know that the new 2025 edition, along with its coupe variant and SportLine versions, will be introduced to the public on January 8, 2025 on official Skoda YouTube channel.
Those eager to catch a glimpse can tune into the live stream scheduled for 9:00 GMT (10:00 CET/4:00 AM EST).
This isn’t a complete redesign but rather an update that incorporates the Modern Solid design language first seen in the Elroq.
The 2025 Enyaq lineup will feature an illuminated Tech-Deck Face, marking a departure from the traditional grille, along with a subtly altered bumper and a new split-lighting arrangement at the front.
Not to be outdone, the rear will also see updates with a fresh bumper design and taillights, complemented by dark chrome accents.
One of the standout visual enhancements includes an exclusive new paint color dubbed Olibo Green, and there are whispers of new wheel designs making their debut as well.
Under the hood, details remain under wraps. The base Enyaq 60 model is expected to continue with its current setup, which includes a rear-mounted motor offering 177 hp and a 62 kWh battery capable of delivering a 249-mile range.
For those seeking more power, the Enyaq 85 bumps up performance with 282 hp and extends the range to 352 miles thanks to an 82 kWh battery.
The all-wheel-drive Enyaq 85x matches the 85’s specs, while the sporty Enyaq RS pushes boundaries with 335 hp, accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in just 5.5 seconds.
All will be revealed this Wednesday, with Skoda anticipated to begin accepting orders shortly after the showcase.
Production remains firmly rooted in the company’s Mlada Boleslav factory in the Czech Republic.
