Pixel Users Get Hope for Now Playing Fix in March Update

Pixel users have been struggling with issues on the Now Playing feature for a while now. The feature has either failed to recognize songs or hasn’t worked at all for some people. This problem has affected Pixel 6 through Pixel 9 models.
Good news is finally here. Google has acknowledged the issue, and according to a comment on the Google Issue Tracker, a fix is on the way. It looks like the March Pixel Drop will include the update to solve this bug.
While the exact date isn’t confirmed, it’s likely this update will address the Now Playing problem. On top of that, the March Pixel Drop is expected to bring other improvements.
You can expect fixes for the back gesture issue, a new battery charging limit feature, customizable Do Not Disturb schedules, and more.
We’ll see if this update fully resolves the Now Playing glitch once it’s out next month.
