Massive 2026 Apple Leak Reveals Foldable iPhone and Complete Product Roadmap

A prototype device running an early version of iOS has inadvertently exposed Apple’s entire hardware strategy for 2026. Instead of the usual supply chain rumors, this information comes from internal code references found within a build labeled “iOS 19,” which appears to be a precursor to iOS 26. The data unearthed provides concrete identifiers for dozens of unreleased devices, confirming that Apple is preparing for one of its most aggressive launch years in history.

The most significant revelation in the code is the confirmation of Apple’s first foldable smartphone. Identified by the internal codename “V68,” this device suggests the company has moved past the concept stage and is actively developing a foldable model for release. This move would finally place Apple in direct competition with Samsung and Google in the premium foldable market.

Beyond the foldable model, the leak outlines the standard smartphone lineup for 2026. The flagship iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are listed with identifiers “V63” and “V64,” respectively. Additionally, the code references an entry-level “iPhone 17e” (V159) slated for a spring release, alongside an “iPhone Air 2” (V62), though some reports suggest the latter might face delays.

Tablets are also getting a major overhaul, with the iPad Air set to receive the powerful M4 chip. The leak references four distinct models (J707, J708, J737, J738), confirming that the Air will continue to be available in both 11-inch and 13-inch sizes. The entry-level iPad is also scheduled for a refresh, listed as the iPad 12 (J581 and J582).

On the Mac front, the roadmap points to a wave of updates powered by the next-generation M5 silicon. The list includes new MacBook Pro models equipped with M5 Pro and Max chips, as well as updated Mac mini and Mac Studio desktops. Interestingly, there is also a reference to a low-cost MacBook (J700), which could be Apple’s answer to the Chromebook market.

The leak extends into the smart home and accessories categories as well. A second-generation AirTag (B589) is in the works, along with new smart home hubs and an updated Apple TV. These devices suggest Apple is renewing its focus on home automation and ecosystem integration.
