Gamers and tech enthusiasts, hold on to your seats as we dive into some intriguing leaks surrounding the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 and 5080 GPUs.

It seems we’re on the cusp of an official announcement, thanks to some recent online image leaks, so you might want to pause any GPU purchases for your 2025 gaming rig.

Recently, VideoCardz.com revealed an image of the GeForce RTX 5090, which is looking robust with Inno3D’s new iChill X3 design.

This model sports a hefty 3.5-slot cooler complemented by a triple fan setup, promising some serious cooling power.

On another front, @wxnod on X spilled the beans with photos showcasing the boxes for the RTX 5080.

Although the boxes keep the actual design under wraps, they do reveal that this version, produced by Gainward, will feature 16GB of GDDR7 RAM.

Remember the RTX 5080 sneak peek earlier this year by MSI? And just last week, NVIDIA teased us with a glimpse of a new GPU equipped with dual front fans, likely a nod to their Founders edition for the RTX series.

The jump to the RTX 50 series seems imminent following the success of the RTX 40 series. The rumor mill is buzzing with talks of the Blackwell architecture powering these new units, potentially enhancing data transfer speeds with GDDR7 memory.

The cherry on top? We’re hearing that the RTX 5090 could boast up to 32GB of memory and a 512-bit interface, making it a powerhouse for enhanced ray tracing capabilities.

The RTX 5080 isn’t far behind, possibly stepping up with a 360W TBP—a notable increase from its predecessor.

While we don’t have pricing details yet, expect these GPUs to be a significant investment, especially considering the ongoing struggles with GPU shortages and price hikes driven by cryptocurrency mining demands.

With CES 2025 happening this week, all eyes are on NVIDIA for more detailed revelations. So, stay tuned as we keep you updated on these exciting developments in the gaming world!
