Another former Xbox exclusive is heading to PS5 soon. Microbird Games has announced that Dungeons of Hinterberg will officially launch on Sony’s console on March 13. This dungeon-crawling adventure originally came out in July for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

PS5 players are getting something extra. A brand-new episode will be included, though it’s unclear if Xbox and PC users will get the same content. No confirmation yet, which might not sit well with those who supported the game early.

Set in a small Austrian town, the game follows Luisa, an office worker looking for a break from her dull life. The town became a tourist hotspot after people discovered magic-filled dungeons packed with monsters and mysteries. Think of it like a mix between Tintin and The Legend of Zelda.

Players fight through dungeons during the day, then explore the town at night, meeting people and forming friendships that unlock helpful bonuses. These connections make future dungeon runs easier, whether by aiding in combat or just helping Luisa deal with burnout.

Dungeons of Hinterberg has been well received, with a Metacritic score of 80. Critics have praised its art style, relatable story, and fun gameplay.
