Dataminers Reveal ‘Pokémon Go’ Could Soon Let Players Increase the Stats of Their Pokémon

Pokémon Go is one of the biggest and most popular games of all time. The mobile game provided millions of fans around the world to come as close as possible to becoming a Pokémon trainer and the fans have accepted it with a lot of love. Despite various predictions, the game is still going strong and is growing.
And while the recent purchase of Niantic’s gaming division will certainly leave a mark going forward, things are not changing for now, which is why business is going on as usual. In light of that, data miners have discovered a potential new feature that players might enjoy.
The popular data miner group known as The Pokemon Group has recently published a new set of mined data, which might suggest that players will be able to increase the stats of their Pokémon in the game:

In case you haven’t played the main games, Hyper Training is a feature that allows players to max out a Pokémon’s stats using a currency known as Bottle Caps. The system allows the player to transform a Pokémon with good stats into one with better or even perfect stats. This will, of course, have game-wide ramifications and will be quite useful in Raids and PvP battles.
Of course, it remains to be seen if the devs will actually activate this feature and, if they do, when they’re going to do it and how it is going to work in-game, but this is certainly an interesting leak that might become very important in the future.
