Cadillac has just revealed its latest powerhouse, the 2026 Lyriq-V, marking a new chapter in the V-Series lineup. This luxury SUV isn’t just eye-catching—it’s a beast on the road.

The Lyriq-V is Cadillac’s first fully electric model to sport the V badge, and it doesn’t disappoint. With 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, this dual-motor all-wheel-drive machine rockets from 0-60 mph in just 3.3 seconds when you switch into its high-performance Velocity Max mode. That’s even quicker than the CT5-V Blackwing.

Despite tipping the scales at nearly 6,000 pounds, its 102 kWh battery delivers an estimated 285 miles per charge. Need a quick top-up? A DC fast charger adds 75 miles of range in 10 minutes, while a slower 240V charger gets you 19 miles per hour of charge.

Cadillac didn’t just focus on speed. The Lyriq-V comes with three driving modes designed to unleash its full potential. Competition Mode enhances agility through specialized traction software. V-Mode lets drivers tweak performance settings to their liking, while launch control maximizes off-the-line power.

On the outside, the SUV flaunts 22-inch wheels, a black-painted roof, and exclusive Magnus Metal Frost paint for those who want to stand out. Inside, the cabin strikes a balance between luxury and sportiness. Features like V-patterned Nappa leather seats, a uniquely designed steering wheel, and paperwood décor give it a stylish edge.

Tech lovers will appreciate the 33-inch LED display and dual-plane augmented reality heads-up display that projects key driving info. Cadillac even hinted at special V-Series-themed options for the infotainment system, adding a personal touch.

All this luxury doesn’t come at the expense of entertainment. Standard features include a 23-speaker AKG Studio audio system with Dolby Atmos and a panoramic fixed glass roof.

The Lyriq-V is more than just a high-performance EV. It’s Cadillac proving they can dominate the electric future without losing their performance edge.
