Legendary Entertainment is teaming up with Toho International to expand the Monsterverse into the world of mobile gaming. The result is Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers, a new MMO 4X strategy game that’s now available for free on both iOS and Android. This game lets players explore the mysterious Siren Isles, a place never before seen in the films.

In Titan Chasers, you play as an explorer, mercenary, or thrill-seeker, setting up a base on the islands. Your goal is to gather resources, research, and build a team strong enough to survive the dangers of the islands.

As you expand your influence, you’ll encounter various biomes and creatures, including Skullcrawlers and, of course, the giant titans like Godzilla and Kong. The game mixes tactical RPG combat with base-building, allowing you to capture monsters, battle rival teams, and uncover secrets hidden in the islands. There’s also a mode where you can control the titans in monster-on-monster battles.

The game is developed by Hunted Cow Games, known for their work on MMO titles like Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest. They’ve partnered with Tilting Point to bring this project to life. Kevin Segalla, Tilting Point’s CEO, praised Hunted Cow for their expertise in MMO and strategy games, noting that they’ve built a fantastic experience for Godzilla and Kong fans.

Even though this game is a new direction for the Monsterverse, it ties into the larger universe. The release follows the success of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, which earned $571.9 million globally. Plus, it coincides with the upcoming second season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, a show set to dive deeper into the organization that connects all of these stories.

Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers is free-to-play and can be downloaded now on Android and iOS.
